I have switchinh power supply with 0-30v and 0-5amp.the problem when i set to 19v and inject on Pr265 the power supoly not taking any amps.i already tried 12v to inject still the same not taking amps.can i try using a desktop power supply injecting 12v?

You mean the output voltage goes up to 19V, but the circuit draws 0 amps? If so, then that would indicate any possible short isn't on VIN itself, but perhaps downstream somewhere. It's also possible that PQ222 is bad and won't turn on.

It's easier to use 12V if you were using 12V light bulbs as current limiters. But you don't need to do that after all, so 19V is fine.

What you can try, though, is injecting 19V on VIN and also on VA+ at the same time (again, starting with a low current limit). This will test it more fully.

You can also start looking for shorts on the downstream power rails by doing the diode mode measurement with your multimeter between all the grey coils/inductors and ground (red on ground.. black on the coil). I count 7 of them.

Also, if VIN is 19V and VA+ is 19V, then you can go ahead and measure all the pins on PU102. This is the 3V/5V chip, and those are the next power rails that are supposed to turn on.
