    Check the voltages on PU102, this is the 3v/5v ic.

          If you dont have any voltage on pin16 of pu102(vin), then trace that pin for short. Measure resistance to gnd on pins of PU102 and Pu101. Is 3v or 5v coils shorted to gnd??

            3v and 5v coils in diode mode red probe to ground measured 0.255v both coils same as pin16 of pu102 have 0.255v and pins of pu101 both 0.455v i tried inject volts on pin16 of pu102 taking 0.6miliamps but cannot find hot components

              The voltages on the PU101 are confusing, you have 5V on pin 19 and it's a ground.

                  On page 32, you have the voltage VA+ (18.8V) but you don't have the voltage at VA, so, measure the voltages from all the pins for PQ226 and PQ222.

                        PIN5=0V
                        PIN6=19V
                        and when i measured the resistance with diode mode beeping mode pin1, pin2, pin4, beeping to the ground

                                PR300 is connected to pins 1 and 6 of PQ266, you are measuring on pin 1 of PQ266 0V. You do not measure the correct order of the pins. Find the datasheet to find out where the pins are on the chip. You can read the schematic, look at page 32, you will know how the components are connected together.

                                  PIN1=19V
                                  PIN2=0V it sparks when i touch the probe
