e5-471 no power

good day,i need help my e5-471 no power,,only charging light comes on
when i press button switch charging light goes off and on nothing happen.
check all voltages
19v present,
dc ic 3.3v present,5v present
button switch 3.3v present,
bios ic vcc 3.3 present
already reflash rom,but after flashing charging light has gone,
still not powering up..
my board id da0zq0mb6e0 rev:e mode: zq0 core i5 tnx

DNBSWON # = 3.3v
NBSWON# = 3.3v

pls help i already try to replaced rom ic GD25B64BSIG to winbond 25q64fvsig still not powering up

Make sure you get +3V_RTC.
Make sure D17 didn't blown.
Make sure +3V_RTC have no low resistance.

+3V_RTC = 3.3v test ok
d17 all 3pin is +3v test ok

any idea my friend,,could you please upload another bios bin for e5-471 core i5
i already try all the rom at the other thread here still no work..
and if RSMRST# is always at 0volts what probably the main cause of that,is it sio or bios?

check Page 42 Schematic since PCH integrated in i5 CPU it should get
+3VPCU or +3.3VDSW
Page 40 Schematic if you don’t have +3VPCU PCH will not respond correct me if I am Wrong any one? to have PLTRST ?
Take a wire and GND all pins of IT8587 EC to Discharge the Chip without any power take off the RTC Battery
Clean IT8587 heat up the all pins with hot air and test again
Check +3VPCU PIN 26.50.192.114.121 one of this pins
Check VCC PIN 11 +3V
RSMRST
NBSWON
In Quanta MB if you don’t have RSMRT it’s BIOS or SIO chip fault

if i am wrong correct me Guys ?

Guys i have up lode pic of it8587 can some one tell why pin 11 vcc = shorted to ground is it R232 causing it VCC shorted or some thing else or BAD IT8587 ? BAD BIOS ? help

Hi, is it really short with about zero ohm to ground or you just have zero volt on pin 11? Which means you don't have the +3V, do you have the +5V?

pin 11 is ok/not short/ but 0volt reading when you pull out the r232 resistor,which means before caps 269 and before r232 the line of +3v is already shorted to ground..
i already pulled out and measured all the line of +3v but all i pulled is good..

What are the voltages on pins 1,4,5 of PQ15 and pins 1,2,3 of PQ16.

what is avdd and dvdd? why is it shorted in cardreader and audio codec..

This is normal, if you have a single short circuit to ground on the + 3V rail, all components measured will be short to ground. In addition, you can check the PQ31 transistor. AVDD is connected to DVDD through L34 and DVDD is connected to + 3V.

pin 3 is shorted to ground,so i lift off pq31 to check,but still shorted at pin 3 even pq31 is pulled out
