Asus X555LD, main board don´t power on. Only produces periodic clicks.

I everyone.
I'm triying to repair the X555LD main board, but when I plug the power adaptor only produces a periodic sound, like "clicks". When it happens, all the voltage drops to zero and restarts the normal voltages again.

I checked the adaptor voltaje and it's OK. The voltaje after the first mosfet is ok too.

I measured the resistance of the coils and the electrolitic capacitors and it's ok.

I need your help, I don't realice what can happen.

Chek tne main rails and the 2 mosfets on 19 volts rail
