acer e5-411 all usb ports and dvd drive not detected

Hi everyone!I need help on this acer aspire E5-411,the problem is all usb ports and internal dvd drive not working.I already tried update the bios on windows to latest version but still cannot detect flash drive and inter dvd drive not working.I also tried plugged in external hard drive lights comes up but not detected, even i go to bios setup flash drive and internal dvd drive not detected.Can anyone please help me

the problem is the laptop boots fine only the problem cannot detect flash drive on usb ports and dvd drive not working.the history of this laptop client used this fine then suddenly it blinks and the when he restart the laptop this is the issue cannot detect flash drive on usb ports and dvd drive

try reflowing pch, makes sense since it does sata and usb communication

but i cannot find pch chip on this motherboard only onboard cpu chip and sio

PCH is integrated with the CPU package on this. Have seen plenty of failed ones sadly...

You can try that but perhaps will not work. You need to replace the cpu+pch chip.
