    ASUS G752VL strange problem

I recieved this laptop and it wasnt showing any signs of life...i removed everything and left only motherboard on the table..it came with 2 sticks od 8gb 2133 ddr4 ram. I tried one stick of ram at a time, then i get the fans running at max...so i reprogrammed the bios. After reprogramming i have picture, sound...everything, it goes in to the bios, and when hdd is in it boots into the windows, and i can work.... or so i thought....
The problem is when i try to assemble it and put another stick of ram, it would not post picture, or show anything on the screen...i was thinking maybe a bad ram, but i used that ram on other laptop and that laptop booted normally. I even put some other 4gb ddr4 ram i have (and it works on other laptops) but its the same...it will not boot to bios or windows. When removed and left only one (first) it works....BUT..then i tried to put that working ram in other slots and no, it will not boot, i put it back where it was in the first place and it works! WTF?
Then i flashed it from 219 to 304 but again the same thing!
One more thing, when putting another ram i can see backlit keyboard, and fans spinning and one interesting thing is the led that indicates charging battery is green blikning?! (when laptop works without that one working ram its red/orange not blinking)
Anybody any idea? its driving me crazy thank you!
