Lenovo V560 20069 can't shut down

Hi,
I have problem with this laptop. After I turn off notebook by Start in Win 7 , lcd goes black, but vent is still on and led also. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks for answer.

i had same problem and it was bluetooth driver.. it was the problem... i uninstalled the driver and left it witn windows generic and everything worked

Thanks for answers. I tried uninstall drivers,but nothing changed, then I reinstall windows and without drivers notebook lag at Turning off screen. shutdown /force (shutdown -s -f) - also lag.

you could try running a live linux operating system to see if it shuts down ok then .

another thought is look at system logs to see if anything odd is logged there .

I tried linux live cd and also stuck when turning laptop off. And I wait long time.

Now you only know the system cannot shut down. you have to find another clue to finally discover the cause of the problem.

Thanks all for answers, especially to petehall347. After I turn off USB legacy in bios notebook shut down properly.
