    Hp dv6 with power issue

    please i really need help urgently, a client brought this HP dv6 laptop and you you on it the power led light comes and goes,after making some checks on mobo I find out that is multi legs ic pu16 if am correct,PQ 5 is closer to it was warming so i removed it and tried to on the board with it,the power came on but after replacing the said ic,when you press the switch it comes and goes off again without that ic warming again,please what am i missing?mobo number is DAOUT1MB6E0 REV:E,tnx in advance

    UT1. That sounds familiar. You most likely have a defective AMD Northbridge. This board rarely has power issues.
