PQ38 becomes hot when i put the charger in power jack,so I replaced it after which the board worked when I switch power on,but I realised when i remove the charger from the power jack and put it inn again i don't get the 3.3v under the switch and the laptop doesn't turn on when switch is pressed, really need help

                Hi:
I know this is years latter, but let me try my question:
Did you resolve the issue? Which MOSFET(s) were responsible. Someone suggested U7, but that is a fan controller. Noting to do with issue at hand.
Let me thank you in advance if you remember the details, and respond.
