    Toshiba Satellite L650 no power

Hi there, this is my first post after reading a lot of information on others having similar problems.
See here for schematic and similar problems to me. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=23889

I have a Toshiba Satellite L650 that stopped charging and no has no power at all. No lights when DC plugged in.

DC adapter has 19.2 volts at the motherboard.

I have been testing pins of the Max charger chip (U6000) and also two mosfets Q6002 and Q6005 but I am getting strange readings that fluctuate on the motherboard across a few power and ground locations.

What is my best place to start here?
Would you like me to post the readings across the 24 pins of the Max charging chip?
Many of those provide oscillating voltages....

My other option is I can buy a brand new motherboard for $100NZ so perhaps thats the better option given I don't have a IR system for reflow and removing small SMD.

I can easily remove the MOSFETS by hand but the MAX CHIP maybe a little harder.

Summary: Something is causing voltage oscillation across many of the main power and ground points around the charging system.
I'm thinking MOSFETS or charging chip.

    Any ideas
