I have this Toshiba satellite pro with display issue, when you put inn the charger the power led light comes on and when you press the start switch the second led light comes on after few seconds goes of and come back on but processes does not heat ,motherboard number is LA-6841P Rev:1.0,please someone should help me out,much grateful

Hi emmanuelbill1988, could be a problem with the Motherboard but worth trying one or two small things first, remove the battery and the charger, hold down the Power button for approx. 30 seconds then try turning on again with just the charger plugged in, if no luck retry with just battery in, any luck?, if not remove the Ram, clean the contacts & reseat, if the same is still happening post full details of the laptop ie. exact model no, CPU, Ram etc. -

emmanuelbill1988, you could also try removing the internal CMOS battery, leave laptop sitting for a while with main battery and charger disconnected, try booting without reconnecting CMOS battery, laptop will hopefully post but with errors relating to time date etc., you could then reconnect CMOS battery enter the BIOS and reset date etc, if this works, replace the CMOS battery with a new one, all failing then it will be time to start looking at the MotherboardComment
