HP G6 DA0R13MB6E0 No VCC Core

Hi friends, Today i am having a problem on HP G6 DA0R13MB6E0 Mainboard. No VCC_Core and GFX_Core found on this board. i checked the motherboard DRON & VRON signals from pu6 not found. Any one having any ideas

Do you get PGOOD/HWPG signal on PU4?

There is a chance resistor PR20 was change value make open circuit or have broken

PR20 is working. The input power for this resistor is 19V output is 0.832V. pin 12 of PU4 is 0.832V. any other idea please.

Well, it's out of the expectation. Have experience in quanta ZE6-ZE7 when PGOOD doesn't present, the solution only replace resistor which is connnect from VIN to pin TON of RT8207 ( measured and open).

Just wondering, why is HWPG signal ties together in 5 points i.e EC, PU3, PU4, PU11,PU13. If you found on one place, you should found too on other place, Right? PR19 only pad jumper, wasn't a resistor.
Just was test on Quanta AX1, all signal ties together too. All those pin have 3V.

Probably signal HWPG on PU4 doesn't required.
Also make sure VRON and DRON have no low resistance.

This laptop came power dead problem only. I checked that pu2 haven't got power to vin pin, PR12 was opened. I replaced it and also i replaced the PU2 chip and also PQ15 also short circuit i replaced it and also i replaced PU4. Thereafter i checked all power stages all worked ( Including VCC core & GFX Core ) after that i assembled the board with screen and other thinks. but i couldn't find VCC core & GFX Core. i don't know what is the magic happened. i checked VRON from KB Chip also but 0v only there.

If we read Power On Sequence ( as reference taken from quanta R08 at Page 5, step before VR_ON was HWPG signal coming from regulator to report to EC all power has been verified. I think that mobo quite have intermittent problems.
I would check HWPG on pin 13 of PU4 truly connect to PD7 in example.
