    HP 635 product information not valid

    hey i tried to use different dmi tool versions but nothing works with this laptop.
    Model HP 635 product number A1E55EA#UUW rev: 3577-100

    someone know what dmi tool version works with this one?

          Hello, HP 820 G1 laptop - "Product Information not Valid" error when turned on, you have to press enter and stop to understand the HP BIOS Configuration Unit according to the guide

          However, at the very beginning I get this error:

          Hi all hope you can help.
          A customer asked me to take a look at her Notebook. Upon booting the notebook and message appears.

          Product Information to valid

          The Following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid

          System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number

          The Notebook is a HP Notebook - 15-Ac107na
          Does anyone have the proper DMI tools for this, i have tried a few and all i get is "accessed denied" when trying to set new config

          I would be greatful for any help
