    HP Notebook - 15-Ac107na Product Informaion Not Valid

    Hi all hope you can help.
    A customer asked me to take a look at her Notebook. Upon booting the notebook and message appears.

    Product Information to valid

    The Following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid

    System Board (00A) - System Board CT Number

    The Notebook is a HP Notebook - 15-Ac107na
    Does anyone have the proper DMI tools for this, i have tried a few and all i get is "accessed denied" when trying to set new config

    I would be greatful for any help
    Thanks

      Thanks for the reply
      I have tried this a couple of time with no joy. Nothing changes after i make the changes to the config.txt file.
      and also tried the manual CMD way after using the setconfig:config.txt command i get
      <SETTING changeStatus= "fail" name"System Board CT Number" reason= "SetBIOSSetting: Access Denied" returnCode="6">

      </SETTING>
      <ERROR msg-"Failed to set BIOSconfig" />
      <warning msg-"BCU return value" real="16" />
      </BIOSCONFIG>
