Need Help! Dell N5110 Motherboard Board problem, No turning on after sumtime

Dear friends and techies
I have a weird problem with dell inspiron N5110 Laptop.
It is not powering up, but i have lights of charging. after testing i have found one solution. the device is powering up when i heat the chipset. but when the chipset cools i.e after 1 or 2 hrs. its again not powering on.
Kindly show me the solution. can i reflow the chipset or any other ways.

I don't think you have any other options but reflowing , unless you have an access to a similar Graphics chipset .
