    Symtoms: if i turn on Processor Fan not Spinning After 5 sec Turn off.

    Other : error first Shorted the USB Connector. i'll already remove the USB port

    1. i check the voltage.

    check the PQ302 (MOSFET MDU1512) Nchannel marked red box. test actual

    On plugin addpter( system turn off)
    Using Digital Test
    S 123=19.59V
    G 4 = 0V ?
    D 5678= 19.59V

    On plugin addpter( system turn on)
    Using Digital Test
    S 123=19.59V
    G 4 = 0V ?
    D 5678= 19.58V

    First question Here the picture
    Source Prove Red the Black on Gnd

    Prove Red the Black on Gnd

    then the Drain same reading on Source.

    second question if the Gate have no supply
    maybe this is happen?

                    I think you should use scale 200V to measure volt on gate PQ302. How could be?

                    PQ302 its N-Channel mosfet. N-channel need voltage on gate with value vgs is positive (+) than source. pin 123 we need 19V. So, on gate we need higher than 19V. could be 19V+6V. (voltpin4-voltpin123= +). so on gate pq302 usually ~24-25V. And your dmm can't reading properly if you set 20V scale.

                        Update: Not Yet Done

                        Unit Statuz: Auto Off 10 sec. CPU Fan Not Spinning

                        Power Led Indicating if press power on switch Light After 10 sec. Turning Off the light

                        hints: I already change the PQ302 same value

                        voltage value plug in the adapter

                        PQ302
                        S-123 = 19.5V
                        G-4 = 24.7
                        D-5678= 19.5V

                        PQ303
                        S-123 = 19.5V
                        G-4 = 24.7
                        D-5678= 19.5V

                        PQ301
                        PIN1 = 24.7V
                        PIN2 = 2.7
                        PIN3 = 19.5V

                        What Parts Have problem?
