Remove keyboard and check again. continuous beep coming from keyboard short. if its ok, check ram power regulator chip.

tps 51716 regulator chip will change, prob still as usual.

when i use ram 1400 above bus speed, no noise but no display and processor fan speedy fast and down again and again in loop.

you need a DDR3L
1333/1600(low voltage:1.35V ) not normal DDR3(1.5V) ,may be this is why the motherboard continue beeping .
