Acer la-5892p motherboard charging problem

acer charges for a minute and then charging is gone. Operates in Battery only.
which mosfet might be faulty?
Again charges for a minute unless we eject the battery and insert it.
Help Plzzz...

Must be working on charger?
And battery
But not charging
i would replace battery with a good one and test.

Works Individually on battery and charger.
Battery Changed ISL6257, 4407a ichips also changed. No Progress
Works Initial bit but after a minute or so, operates from battery only.

Check 19 volt in mosfet and battery charging voltage out mosfet.................

Initially all voltages are ok 19v. Later On, shows 12v relative only at the voltage load.
