i Changed processor and ram and H.DD
NO Change

temps at shutdown? ... grab hwmonitor (not the pro) and check temps up until it shuts down

just curious to see if maybe your heatpipe is bad??

Try to use non i3 Processor like b9xx will slove your problem

Toshiba C850 can only run on B960 cpu max. If you upgrade to i3,i5 or i7 it will shutdown after 30min, IME is cause of this, and it cannot be change in any way unfortunately. Tried clearing ME region in BIOS still same, they lock it somehow.

Check what PCH your motherboard has. If is HM70 it can't support i3/i5/i7 processors. If is not HM70 then try a clean ME.

nope, there are C850 with i3/i5 gen2 or 3 processors, depends on PCH of motherboard.

Could the 30 min shutoff be a security issue? MDM lock or similar?

I had the same issue on LENOVO B590 it had i3 CPU when it came to my hand. I try to solve in many ways but no use. Finally i replaced a Celeron CPU, Thereafter this laptop is working since last two years. The problem was this system came with celeron CPU originally but one technician was replaced it with i3 CPU thereafter this problem started. But this customer left this laptop with me and he got a new laptop. I am using it without any trouble.
