I checked PQ202. it shows 19.6V at the input but it is not giving output so i checked it but its working. now i have doubt on PU200. Is there anyone having any ideas?
So your machine is completely dead ??? first put laptop on ac charger, measure this and post:
1. B+ voltage on PR102
2. pu200 pins: 1,6,13,16
After that remove charger and measure resistance to ground :
3. pr102
4.PL200,PL201
When i am measuring PU200 pins: 1,6,13,16 something happened by mistake it was short circuited and it was burnt. thereafter i removed PU200 and checked PQ101 also short circuited. i removed PQ101 and PU200 chips. Now i measured resistance to ground on PR102, PL200 and PL201 it shows, PR102 and PL201 shows 0 ohms and on PL200 shows 0.834K ohms.
First, you have to dig many information before doing anything that you don't know how to do it. BC/badcaps.net have a lots "case study", informations, use to increase your knowledge.
in this case, I worry may be currently your probes are original from packages, not really sharp, best Idea using probes sharp point.
It takes good eyes and a steady hand. There's no doubt about that.
Make some prepare, hold your breath to avoid shaking while probing. Test contiunity around the IC there which connected to Cap or Resistor and put them as your test point, not direct to pin the IC

I already replaced the meter probes as thin like needle. That is not the problem. This happens by-mistake. There are some SMD components nearby to PU200 without component ID. That's what i asked Boardview. But now i fixed this by replaced PU200 and PQ 101. Now its working fine. Thanks to everyone to helping me to fix this.
