help -Toshiba C855D- monitor power circuts

hello everybody
this laptop with DK10AC motherboard problem
what cause this to be difficult no schematics
DK10AC-6050A2......

motherboard power on normally without Monitor "cable unplugged"
tried removing Camera USB - another monitor same problem so it's a matter of LCD power circuit problem
any hints guys i know allot having experience with similar failures
what do i need to check

Hi, with the cable unplugged, if you connect an external monitor, do you have a picture?
And when you plug the cable, what do you have on the laptop screen, a black or white screen?

when i connect laptop monitor it refuses to power up
when i connect external monitor unplug internal monitor it power up and computer boot normally
