Anyone knows which ic is this? 4B=1L

I didn't find out this ic datasheet on google.

Plz help me out or tell me some ic marking catalog.

4B is the marking code for richtek RT8207P. Look for that chip datasheet and you find marking code at the upper of second page.

U'r welcome.

Usually its Richtek that have this coding type, some other manufacturers do have it but dominantly Richtek. Next time search Richtek xx= and you find it. The last two xx are date codes.
