Toshiba Satellite A505-S6030 No power

hi to all

The does not power on. 19 volts is present upto input of 2nd p channel FET. but no ouput.

no sign of short that i can find. no ALW signals
does anyone have schematic of this model?

PQ1 should be on only while powered from the AC adapter.
PQ3 should be on only while powered from the battery.
