reballed satellite L300 has gone well

I made some Reball of this model and have rarely worked okay.
Recently i reballed 3 pcs of this model and nothing has worked, reballed perfectly but no success , fist a make a little reflow and ok function after reball not work no screen .

But this time function ok maybe the problem is the igp (216-....026) is too sensible to the temperature .
