Toshiba Satellite A210-183 no screen after reball IGP

its the third time i working with this model, i reflow the IGP and the screen come back ok. but when i reball the IGP (perfectly) no screen again. this happened to you? or its the fault of chip its sensible to the temperature?
Any experience its acepted thanks

maybe you can start with supply voltages or the chip itself is faulty. If you try to reflow the reballed chip does it show display? If it does, I think the problem lies within the die on top of the chip not the bga.

check resistance to ground on both sides of capacitors on chip. if u have on some lover resistance than 5ohm on both sides u fried the chip

Thanks for reply , first i made little reflow and ok screen come back after i reballed the chip and no screen.

i measured caps on the top of chip and all have up >10ohm (20ohms , 40 ohms , 200ohms), only one have lover than 1ohms .
What do you thinks?
