SONY VPCEH15FX - no display

I have mbx-247.
Laptop is turning on but no display. Voltage is missing at PL9, in this case I want to be sure if PU14 is dead or there is other reason.

Please help me to short out.

my answer is based on the schematic attached here quanta hk1:
first check PQ41, PQ46, PQ49 for short between gate and source, if short is present remove the mosfet check out of the board if steel short on the motherboard, change pu14.
