Ipod Classic Not Recognized by PC

Hello Guys,

I have an ipod classic 5th gen but have problems.
He is working fine in except of i cant connect to computer, In windows give me error 43 and macbook doesnt recognized it.

It charges with wall charger but not charge on computer.

What can be?
Is a controller problem? What i need to check on board?

are you using apple data cable, or china cable;

as first replace dock connector. flex is cheap

Maybe the port its bad?

Hi,

I have tried with original datacable and chinacable and the problem is the same.
So i will try to replace dock conector.
After i replace i tell you the results.
