        Please answer .... URGENTLY !!!

if I could replace you was a 25LQ64CVIG chip with W25Q64FW. My 25LQ64CVIG gigabyte chip is defective.

        25LQ64CVIG 1,8v
        W25Q64FW 1,8v

datasheet suspicious that's why I'm asking..

        Big thanks

Bios (Intel ME) also has a list of supported chips. If not on support list then you might have problems.

Open bios with compatible Intel flash image tools (fitc.exe) and look under ME configuration. Some user manual for it:

See section 3.9 about VSCC Table
But the easiest thing to do is to try, maybe it will work without any problem.

Yes, FW is 1.8V while FV is 3.3V.

1 leg? That's EASY! Just bridge solder it I just did with 4 broken legs on a gigadevice same chip as yours, just put an ample amount of flux on the metal stub point(s) from the broken leg(s) and an the associated pad. Then start with iron on the pad and rake up to the stub. It may take a couple trys but It works! I just did a memory dump off that chip and I'm putting it back on the board too

All 4 legs on the right side are just solder, the ones on the right all legs are present
