try first a reball or maybe just a reflow ??!?!?

they are soldered to the board right? if not the cpu socket can go dudu because of non cleaning and overheating
Just cook it! It's already broken.

thx for suggestion I just want to mention that board when is cold start and you can see the bios but and then holds up to maybe 5 min but then get fan start loud spinning and turn off after that if u want to start holds only bios screen 10 sec and turn off (clean everything ,new paste on cpu) What else can cause cpu to get hot so quickly if not soldering connection on board
      thx

Is the heat sink actually making contact with the CPU? When i re did my CQ57 i had to shim the CPU to the heatsink with a penny that was flattened by a train because it wasn't making contact. That's the reason they used a toad skin thermal pad instead of some crap white thermal paste.
