acer v5-132 power light blinking

i hve an acer v5-132 with blinking power. i measure pl4401 005 in diode mode and 004 on pl4301. any help very thanksfully.

4 and 5 ohm on VCC_CORE is normal when the processor is on the board.
What is the current drawn from PSU before pressing power button and what is the current drawn from PSU (lab power supply) after pressing power button.

how tu measure carrent on board. im newbe at this....

You do not measure it on board. You need to check how much current is drawn from your power supply. You can use a multimeter (important set it to 10 or more Amps (not mA)) but you need to cut the wire of the power supply cable.

i set on 10A it shows 0.01-0.02 power button no pressed. 0.01-0.05 pressed.

Is the laptop stays on when you press the power button?
Check resistance relative to ground on all major coils.

its blinking about 5second and stop blinkin about 3 second. and than dead. every coil is oke only vcore coil 0.06 diode mode.

did you have 5v_s5?
