    Dell inspiron M5110 freezes on instalation

    hello. Have this dell inspiron m5110 that freezes on win7 instalation on starting logo.
    they freeze even without disk. ubuntu work and starts normal on live dvd.

      You can try to install windows 8 and see what it does.

        BIOS first, then NB, especially if it's an AMD model, which it sounds like it is.

          i wanna to flash the bios when i found that EC have some burn mark on it.

          i think it is it, but why linux working normal?
