    aspire 5100 problem after reball

    Hi i have this aspire 5100 that i have reballed gpu Ati , after reball windows start but not funtion keyboard and the Usb ports , tray another original keyboard the same problem.
    what do you think GPU bad ?
    i can t flash bios because is chip with 40 pin i dont have socket for this chip.

      Keyboard, mouse and usb ports are managed by the southbridge. Try and make a proper reflow on it.

          Replace Southbridge IXP460. Those are known to fail in that model.

              Reball can be help no or useless to reball ? Because the customer does not want to spend more money.
