It's possible that your CPU core(s) are unstable. Return the CPU core frequencies to stock temporarily, if OC'ing the CPU!ASRock B550 PG Velocita

Re: Toshiba C50D CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
Here's the mail I got for my problem
1. Have you installed any Windows updates prior to this issue?
2. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
3. Do you receive any blue screen error?
Method 1: Perform SFC (System File Checker) and see if it helps.
System File Checker Tool will try to help you in fixing all the corrupted files and folders in the computer.
a. Right Click at the bottom left hand side corner of desktop (on Start screen).
b. Select Command Prompt (Admininistrator).
c. Type SFC /scannow and press enter.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to restore the computer before the error occured.
Note: Choose a date before the issue occurred as your restore point while performing a System Restore.
Disclaimer: Performing a System Restore might change your settings and delete your unsaved data. Perform it at your own discretion.

Re: Toshiba C50D CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
If it's a laptop, the CPU may be failing...
If not the CPU, then possibly a board issue...ASRock B550 PG Velocita
