you need to test with a smash screen to see if the tube backlight its not old(damage)

and you got 2 more things inverter and lcd cable.

for lcd cable check continuity of the wires with a DMM(wigle the cable when you check)

i have test with 3 lcd cable: and new lcd display and new inverter, but no change, i have check +VBATR=19V, LID_SW#_3=3.3V, LCM_BKLTEN=3.3V
EXPEPT INV_PWM_3=0V

INV_PWM - inverter power regulation signal. more voltage-more light. 0 - 3.3V
