Acer 5738Z , no video.

Hi guys . got a laptop here ACER 5738Z with black screen , Internal and External.
Motherboard JV50-MV M92 MB

When i first switched it on all lights came on , fan/dvd spinning and black screen. After few seconds i smell burning / melting so i just disconnected it and open it. ribbon connector for volume + - and P ( don't know what that means) from picture 5 was melted.
Same black screen when board is out and only screen connected.
Fan spins for 5-10 seconds then stops and all lights remain on.

Bios chip reprogrammed.
Tested with working ram , working screen , replaced CPU with working one.

F1 for screen(15.6 CCFL) - OK.

Any help ?

cpu getting hot or northbridge (videocard)?

both cold
cpu tends to get hot a bit when i switch it on. after few seconds is cold

3v on connector or battery it self?

replace that mp...... is video , nord and south

note down the coils and check the voltage on them.

check when its off : near the keyboard connector 2 fets, near the black tape 4 fets and 2 caps, see if the coils near memory give voltage, CPU coils and the fets.
and find diagram

U6 & U7 no voltage on stand by
U21 & U23 no voltage on stand by
U20 & U25 - G -> D 19V
S -> D 19V

pin 3(DAT) ,4(CLK) - 3.25V
Pin 5(BAT_IN) - 3v
Pin 6,7 (BT+1, +2) - is dropping the power constantly from 5V to 0V ( i assume capacitors discharging as no battery is connected)
