hi guys

hp dv2000 (0105pm00-600-g) NO POWER

19v present
18.56 in vbat

no 3.3v and 5v on coils of u1001

pin 22 and pin 9 of u1001 is 4.51v is that normal?
pin 11 and pin 20 no vs
vreg3 =3.3v
vreg5 = 5v
isnt it supposed to output 3.3 in pin 9 and 5v in pin 11
and is the 18.56 in vbat good?
vin of u1001 is 18.7v


checked all mosfets connected to u1001, all are good


please help
dont know where to check next
attached schematics are almost the same
because the schem is intel, and mine is amd

check 3.3V and 5V right when plug in the charger
check ffor short on 3.3V and 5V coils

and voltages right when plug in charger? i mean checking voltages and plug in charger. in some cases, voltage come on but after 1 sec it shut off.

still no voltages the instant i plug in charger
is the ic bad?
