Acer Aspire E1-531 no sound

Have 2 of these come to me. Both have no sound (drivers install) but it isn't detecting any hardware connected (neither micro or speakers nor do the external one work).
Tried with W7 and W8 not working on any, so I could exclude that its a software faulty problem.
Speakers (internal) are getting voltage 0.3V while not booted up 0.6V.

is your motherboard la7912p rev 2.0 ?

Can you Send the Picture of Mobo and clear image on are of Audio ic.
