i checked pq3 voltages 1 gate 19v 3 drain 19.5 v 4 sorce ov [VAPWR]
i suspect gate voltage where are place PR123 on board .[page no 36]

+3vpcu present for io page no 27

PL CHECK these always voltage
+3.3V_ALWP IT SHOULD BE 3.3V IN PAGE NO 38
+5V_ALWP IT SHOULD BE 5V IN PAGE NO 38

Also check 3.3v at bios chip it should be there in any case, if 3.3v not availabe at bios chip then track the same

ADP_ID signal to gnd got o hms page no 37 i search on board pd35 & pr60 please helpfor coponant searching.

why you searching this signal this is adapter id pin this is only repleted to charging circuit only. the laptop should on if problem with this circuit.

and kbc crystal Y7000 should be 32.768khz waveform just oscillating wave form not and specified signal waveform .check it with frequency meter or oscilloscope.

HI AANAN there is only two component for resonsible for shorint at ADP_ID pin

kbc is or PD35

FROM AANAN THIS IS CLOSED NOW HE REPALCED pd35 and now the laptop working ok,

PD35 was short

Dear Friends,
I have almost a same problem, but My laptop is turning on by Battery but won't power up by Charger. I checked the circuit, where i analyse that there are no voltages on PQ3 Pin# 4, but Pin1 and Pin3 have voltages.
And please let me know what is +VAPWR and what is +VINVA?
By the way i've changed LM393 PU19 but there is noting happen.
One more thing, there are no VIN Voltages, when i connect the charger. I mean when i check the VIN Voltages on PD2 or BQ24740 Pin# 28. No VIN voltages present. . .
Please help me out. . .
