Hi , This hcl laptop display comes onboard lcd when external monitor is connected,all though there is no external display .
H-sink, V-sink not found
RGB color signals were present
Board detail below
its VIA chipset laptop
i also need circuit if any one can

Aorus 17G YD laptop, broken display, could not switch to external monitor

Hello guys! I need a little help, I have one laptop for repair, it is an Aorus 17G YD, gaming laptop. Broken display, some cable ripped form daughter board connector, case broken, battery discharged and probably locked, etc. After I did the most tedious job I ever did on soldering back the broken cables (shielded cable) , I measured resistance on CPU and GPU core, 3 and 5 v ps and any coils I find on the board, everything seems to be fine. How to force Acer Aspire Series to bootup BIOS/UEFI on external Monitor?

I ask this question in general as there are many Acer Aspire models with UEFI Insyde BIOS that do not boot to the BIOS on an external monitor (VGA, HDMI, etc) showing only the Internal LCD (LVDS, eDP etc).
It's a pain to work on Acer notebooks with a broken screen and not being able to access the BIOS using an external monitor.

If anyone knows how to force the external monitor as primary for Notebooks of those models

, Hello have same GS66 Stealth 11UE, it start only in external HDMI monitor, Internal display died without crash or something, just started in black screen, checked driver in devices and have only external display, no more internal... Any suggestion? External working fine, no problems no errors

Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54. displays on the external monitor and works fine, the issue is NO display on the internal screen

Good day!
I have a customer's laptop — Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 (EH5VF - LA-H501P). It has a display on the external monitor and it's working fine, but the issue is NO display on the internal screen. I already replaced the eDP cable and checked the LCD connector pins.

Here are the voltage readings:
- Input – 19V (stable)
- +LCDVDD – 3.3V briefly, then drops to 0V
- EDP_HPD – 3.3V briefly, then drops to 0V
- PCH_BKL_PWM – 2.2–5V briefly, then drops to 0V
- EC BKOFF# – 1.8V briefly, then drops to 0V
- PANEL_OD_EN – 0.3V
Is it possible that the EC chip is corrupted or damag...
