No reaction when i press the PWRBTN

3. AVCC,VCC = 3.36V
4. PM_RSMRST# = 0

8. PWR_BT# = 0

When i start the measurements the PWR_BT# and AD_IN was 0 then I desolder the Q13 and the AD_IN came to 3.3V.
KBC faulty or something else?

7. X1,X3 = 32.76Khz

I don't know what happened but some times i have 3.3V at PWR_BTN and start up (fully functional) and then shut down with PWR_BTN dropping at 0,8 -0,7V.

look for corrosion or cold-solder. You can try to flash the bios with newer version.
