T480 with GeForce MX150 - not charging, no reaction to power button

    Hello,

MEC1653-BA1 pulled VCC3M down to 60ohm, replaced it, programmed with vertyanov, no reaction to on/off button and not charging now.
Noticed that VSYS_OUT is 9.18V, had a opportunity to compare on UMA T480, it was 10.2V, no ideas if DGPU T480 should have same VSYS_OUT.

Measured all BQ25700 pins, everything seems quite identical, compared with working board, attached picture with measurements.Only 3 different readings, VSYS, BATDRV# and SRP/SRN.
Tried swapping BQ25700 - same result.

No idea where to go, im randomly swapping components.

Forgot to add picture with the measurements. These measurements are without battery.
