Tosh c850 Pch hot while off

Hi anybody ever experienced this I have a Tosh C850 and when the power supply or Bench power supply is plugged in the Pch gets very hot even if the power switch is not pressed. Obviously its short or something else. I was just wondering if anybody seen this before. and also I cannot seem to locate a schematic for it c850-13E (h000050950).
Any input appreciated.

See if these help you out ...next start at each buck controller first tps51123 pull the main large square coil see if the pch go's cold then apple a very low input voltage in that circuit like 1V to see if it heat up again and what else is heating up like the controller once you locate the short trouble shoot from there to see if it the controller ,or mosfets or even the pch these are made very thin and chip they short reel easy.

Thanks but I have that schematic already and it not the correct one.I also need the boardview as none of the components except the test points are marked on the board.

same to me but on a asus , and weird shit the only coils having voltage is the 3.3 and 5 ,
