    Hp Pavilion G6

Hi guys, I need a little help here.
I removed one MOSFET from Hp g6 and my reading was 0.179v in Diode Mode between Source and Drain, is it good or bad?
    This is N-Channel mosfet.

You must check with multimeter in diode mode +probe to source and -probe to drain must show readings. If you switch the probes you must have infinitive. If you have readings in both sides then your mosfet is bad.

yes! that`s a N-fet with schottky diode inside for protection!

if you wanna risc yourself go for it.
Just cook it! It's already broken.
