Monster Abra A5 V16.7 SRKMA burned

The south bridge (SRKMA) on my Monster Abra A5 V16.7 was burnt, causing a 1.8V short circuit to the chip. I installed a chip I bought from Aliexpress, assuming it was brand new, and the 1.8V output improved, but when I pressed the power button, it drew 0.03A and didn't start. I can measure 3.3V, 1.8V, and 1.05V on the chip. The BIOS has 3.3V on pins 1, 2, 3, and 8. When I pressed the power button, it drops to 3.3V. I get EC_RSMRST voltage from the IT5570E, but I don't have SLP_S4 and SLP-S5 voltages. I've written the bios files I could find, but I can't find anything. Is the integrated circuit I purchased defective? Is there another place I can check? I'm also sending the bios file.
