Yes. The adapter is pin is not being detected properly. Confirm the adapter dc socket is not loose. This is the center needle pin in the OEM power adapter.
This pin is required to enter the board and travel through a 1-wire interface to the EC. Sometimes, the TVs esd diode becomes defective and will raise this issue.
