i received this laptop as a backlight issue but i noticed that it wasn't posting. It turns out that the cpu power rails are not working and +APU_CORE_SOC has no resistance to ground. Can someone tell me the resistance to ground for this power rail?

APU_CORE_SOC looks shorted to me, I don't have the same board but for Cezanne APU it should be a few ohms, similar resistance value as APU_CORE or a bit higher
Check PQA1
Also measure resistance from 19V main power rail to APU_CORE_SOC, if it's 0 ohm you likely have a dead CPU, if not shorted there's a chance that replacing PQA1 and maybe PUZ1 will fix it
Next, remove PQA1 and measure the resistance to GND at APU_CORE_SOC, if the value increases to few ohms replace it along PUZ1 just in caseComment

Hello everyone, I have a 645 G9 here with a Ryzen 5 PRO 5675U.
This board has a blown inductor component above the driver chip to the CPU coil, and I am wondering whether the CPU is shorted/dead.
Could anyone please measure the resistance to ground on the leftmost coil/inductor to the CPU?
My resistance value is 2.2 Ohms, which doesn't look good to me.
