T14 Gen 1 (Intel) can someone help confirm what the BIOS chip should look like?

Hello all. I bought a Thinkpad T14 Gen 1 (Intel i5-10310U) Model 20S0 on FB marketplace and the seller mentioned that the BIOS chip needs reprogrammed or replaced. I tried doing that, but no good. Laptop power button blinks 3 times when power adapter is plugged in but no boot. I have been looking at ebay listings and youtube videos and noticed that the BIOS chips look different than the one I have on mine. It is longer and has shorter legs. Maybe the seller was trying to mod or something I am not sure. I am thinking on just buying a BIOS chip, but I'd rather not drop unnecessary cash because I am broke.
I uploaded images of the differences. Please let me know if you know anything. Thanks.

The top side full markings will confirm the package details of the flash device. Pour some IPA (alcohol) onto the top surface to enhance and read the markings.

The Ebay pic appears to be a DFN8 package where the part is leadless. The contacts are underneath the device with 4 pins on each side. Dual flat package.

Your board appears to be fitted with a SOIC8 package device which has leads (again, 4 pins on each side). Appears to be 150mil wide body.

The topside markings can be used to hunt down the full datasheet or at least confirm the above.

Check the markings on the chip itself
According to schematics from here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...31#post1768898

It can be either of those:
        32MB (256Mb) 200MIL SOIC8
        MACRONIX MX25L25673GM2I-08G
        MACRONIX MX25L25673GM2I-10G
        32MB (256Mb) 8x6mm WSON8 (Optional)
        WINBOND W25Q256JVEIQ

Notice both types: SOIC8 (the one you have, check part number first) and WSON8 8x6 (the one from ebay picture) are listed

EDIT: 25L25645G and 25L25673G are compatible according to the attached document, the only significant difference is the QE bit is set to 1 on the 73, check the status register (SREG) in your programmer software
Bit 6 (QE, quad enable) should be set to 1 (enabled)
