Hi.
Dell WD19 Docking Station, with no power. No lights or fan spin.
Board is LA-971P. COuld not find boardview or schematic for it.
I found a blown cap on one side of the board, marked with a red rectangle in the following picture. On the same side of the board I can follow 19V from the bottom round circle to the top roud circle, on the mosfet. But it stops there, with nothing on the other side of it.
On the other side of the board, both mosfets marked with a green rectangle had only 0.6 ohms from source to gate and I replaced it. New ones had around 580 ohms between source and gate. Which is still low, I think. After trying powering the board again, now both mosfets show 0.6 ohms from gate to source, again.
I checked the mosfets removed from the board. Weirdly one of them shows a short from drain to source, not source to gate. And the other seems to be fine.
Any clue what I should check next?

EDIT: I do have 0,37V on PLB2. As expected, as I have that on the replaced mosfets. 1,08V on L16 (middle of the board, small coil). 3,4V on PL302 and 5,1V on PL303. On the other side of the board, 19V on PLB1.
