Vostro 3401 strange problem charge

So everyone on this rail is a suspect because of the low resistance. The first suspect is the PCH / CPU which consumes the same power rail for the IO pins.

Measure the resistance from the solder blob with the low resistance to the PCH power rail with the same power rail name.

See attached. Everyone in the highlighted area is a suspect. Start with the LAN power rail. Is it shorted? Continue from there. Perhaps a power hit from the Ethernet port took out this rail.

good day, from the yellow list I'm only missing two components that I can't locate on the PCB, they are PU1001 and UV2, I did all the rest this work

please help me, friend, i backupped the bios file but the backup file became 2 files, one of them has a statusregval description. is the bios file okay or not? like the picture below, friend, thank you for all your help
