Aspire E1-531 charging problem, please help.

Hello everyone, Acer e1-531 have charging problem.it show plugged in charging but no charge save in battery. i have changed bq25a charging chip and 2 charging page mosfet but also same. i need expert help for solve it. please....

Charging circuit(bq24725 or bq24728 or bq24738 or bq24735) is drive in this case by ec kb930 or 9012 .(sda scl )

flash the bios first .

check BATT+ path [track] resistance.
post pu4 all pin voltages.

on pin 18 HIDRV(DH_CHG) you got 10v check the resistor PR50 if its ok and its enabling the gate to pq12 pin4
and LODRV(DL_CHG) has 0 that's the gate for pq13 pin 4.

check 18 voltage on pq12 pin no 5 6 7 8 .
check pq12.
check resistance pl4 to gnd.

those are correct measurement

Measure → V(TP(ACDET)) = 2.6 V ± 0.1 V
Measure → V(TP(ACOK)) = 3.3 V ± 0.1 V
Measure → V(J2(SYS)) = 19.5 V ± 0.5 V
Measure → V(TP(REGN)) = 6 V ± 0.5 V
Measure → V(TP(ACDRV, CMSRC)) = 6 V ± 0.5 V
Measure → V(J2(BAT, GND)) = 2 V ± 2 V


from yours
ACOK is not good pin 5 =0.02v must be 3.3v

pin4(acdrv)-pin3(cmsrc)=6v in your case pin4-pin3=18-0.03=18v so it is not good

ACDRV must be 24V or 25V and CMSRC 18v or 19V

24-18=6V and 25-19=6V (correct voltage )

pin4-pin3=0V can't charge

check for continuity and also replace the 3 mosfet N type 4466 even if they seem to work.
